Big yeasty nose with a large hop presence, a prominent carbonation presence reveals a rye spiciness which is extremely dry and interplays well with a strong hop character. Finish is dry and smooth with a lingering bitterness from the hops. Earthy and herbal with very well balanced rye notes.
Works extremely well with big, full flavored cheeses, dried fruits, and salted meats. Would also pair very well with herb forward poultry dishes, or big and meaty deep ocean animals like sordfish or ahi.
