Get the Funk Outta Here. American Sour Ale aged 1 year in French Oak with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. Upfront pronounced tartness with strong presence of funk in the nose, this beer finishes with notes of oak and tangerine.

Funkerdome Release #3 (2017):

Release Date: Friday, September 29th

7.4% ABV
Blended American Sour. Fruity, sweet aroma with a dark amber appearance. Tastes of drupaceous funk with a restrained tartness up front, balanced by a malty richness with notes of oak, toffee, and nuts . Aged 21 months in whiskey barrels.

Funkerdome Release #4 (2017):

Release Date: Friday, December 8th

6.2% ABV
American blended French Oak aged sour. Big tart notes of tropical fruit and citrus in the nose and front end are followed by a rich, full mouthfeel with overlaying grape presence that finishes with a smooth, lingering semi sweet tartness. Beautiful now, or cellared for a few months, this is sure to be a favorite among those who like a more balanced sour experience.

Funkerdome Release #5 (2017):

Release Date: Wednesday, December 20th

6.7% ABV
American blended sour ale with multiple yeast strains, Brettanomyces C, and lactobacillus aged in a combination of whiskey and red wine barrels. The blend yielded a beautifully complex sour with huge notes of tart cherry and jam. A lively mouthfeel leads across the palate with underlying notes of oak and finishes with a bit of lingering tartness in a dry finish.
