11:30am-1pm

Did someone say Yoga+Beer! Come join us for a one hour vinyasa flow to live drumming at 3 Stars Brewing (recently named DC’s #1 brewery taproom by The Washington Post) as DC yoga instructor Alex Hall guides you through a rhythmical journey to get your mind & body centered and rejuvenated to the beats by percussionist Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa. Afterwards, enjoy the finest in DC craft beer brewed by 3 Stars Brewing along with your fellow yogis.

$18 includes your first beer. BYO mat. All levels are welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.

This is a fun and unique experience!

Namaste and Cheers!
