(A blend of bourbon barrel aged cider and brandy barrel aged beer)
Pilsen, Red Wheat, & Rye
Bright, tart, slightly funky flavors come through from the wild bacteria used in the aging process for the cider. The beer component took on lots of notes of apple and the “heat” of the brandy takes a bit of a backseat. Well rounded and very complex.
Take the tartness of this beauty and pair it along big funky cheeses, cured meats, and dessert. It’s light body and clean finish make it very drinkable and should be enjoyed any way you like it.
