FRESH???? OH WE GOT FRESH!!!! We are constantly brewing all 4 of our flagship beers; Peppercorn Saison, Sea Change Pale, Southern Belle and Pandemic Porter. We are also rotating in new seasonal offerings every month in an effort to continue to build our ever growing arsenal of beers. We just brewed up the 3rd batch of our brand new Double IPA, Two To The Dome, and will be brewing this a few more times this Spring & Summer. We’ve also brewed up a new Citra & Lemon Peel Saison that we will debut on May 1st at Meridian Pint. This will be the first installment in a new “Summer Session Series” which we will roll out this Summer. This series will focus on refreshingly bright, low abv, experimental & complex saisons. We are looking for local partners to work with on our spent grain program. We have thousands of pounds of spent grain that we produce each week that can be used to make bread to feed the less fortunate here in DC. We are currently working with local farmers who use the grain both for livestock feed and composting, but feel this is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to repurposing this product. We believe that this brewing byproduct can be utilized in the local fight against poverty based hunger, and we are eager to establish a relationship with charity organizations to this end. The fight against hunger in D.C. is one that challenges us all, and it is our responsibility to work together locally to end hunger.
